What is WEEE?

The 'Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive' became a UK law in 2007. It covers the production, disposal and recycling of electrical equipment. It is designed to minimise the environmental impact of WEEE. The idea behind the WEEE directive is to insure that electrical and electronic equipment is disposed through the proper re use and recycling initiatives hence not filling landfills.

E Waste Solutions has been registered with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and also has waste management licence and licence to carry out repair and or refurbishment of WEEE. E Waste
Solutions will also follow the Best Available Treatment, Recovery and Recycling Techniques (BATRRT) and Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
